Job Description (JD) – Technical Project Manager (Google Cloud Platform Infrastructure & Terraform)
Required Experience
•       13+ years of overall IT industry experience.
•       5+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
•       5+ years of Google Cloud Platform infrastructure delivery experience.
•       Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
•       Experience managing large-scale cloud migration and modernization programs.
•       Experience leading globally distributed infrastructure and platform teams.
•       Proven track record of successful cloud transformation initiatives.
•       Experience managing infrastructure projects with teams of 15+ resources.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Project Manager with 13+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Cloud Operations, and Project Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cloud infrastructure programs, managing cloud transformation initiatives, driving automation strategies, and ensuring successful delivery of infrastructure and platform solutions.
The candidate should possess a strong blend of technical architecture understanding, cloud infrastructure management, DevOps practices, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale project delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
•       Lead end-to-end delivery of Google Cloud Platform infrastructure and cloud transformation projects.
•       Define project scope, milestones, timelines, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
•       Manage project budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance processes.
•       Track and report project progress through dashboards, status reports, and executive reviews.
•       Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
•       Drive Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid delivery models.
Stakeholder Management
•       Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders, cloud engineering teams, and leadership.
•       Conduct governance reviews and steering committee meetings.
•       Manage customer expectations and provide regular project updates.
•       Drive decision-making and issue resolution during project execution.
Team Leadership
•       Lead cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, platform teams, and infrastructure specialists.
