    Location: Spring Hill, TN
    Job Type: Full-Time
    Salary Range: $87,000 - $106,000 annually
    Travel: Business travel may be required for 3-6 months depending on project needs

    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Team and support the design, implementation, and management of enterprise network systems.

    This role will be responsible for building and maintaining network infrastructure, managing LAN/WAN environments, supporting server operations, and leading infrastructure implementation projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with network technologies, Cisco/Juniper equipment, infrastructure projects, and strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

    Infrastructure Project Management

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure projects including:
      • Network upgrades
      • Server migrations
      • Infrastructure deployments
      • System integration projects
    • Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable infrastructure solutions.
    • Coordinate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, customers, and external vendors.
    • Create and maintain project documentation, including:
      • Network architecture diagrams
      • Implementation plans
      • Technical documentation
    • Provide post-project support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in network administration, server operations, or IT infrastructure.
    • Hands-on experience with WAN circuit provisioning and troubleshooting.
    • Experience configuring and supporting Cisco or Juniper network devices.
    • Strong understanding of:
