The Junior Systems Administrator / Tier 2 Support Technician provides hands-on technical support and system administration for enterprise Windows and Red Hat environments in regulated, mission-critical settings. This role supports federal, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and private-sector organizations by administering Active Directory, managing endpoint deployments, enforcing security controls, and resolving Tier 2/3 incidents. Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory user accounts, security groups, permissions, and authentication policies
  • Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 technical support for Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and Red Hat systems
  • Deploy, reimage, and configure endpoints using SCCM, Intune, and PXE imaging
  • Perform system patching, OS upgrades, BIOS, and firmware updates
