Contract to Hire

Growing international company in Rochester is looking to hire a Window Administrator to the team. This is a contract to hire role, and the length of the contract is 6 months to 1 year. The ideal candidate will have the following: Pay rate: $25-30/hr.

  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Have hands-on experience working on HA environments, including DR experience
  • Hands-on experience in design, implementation and administration of IT systems.
  • Have experience working on IT projects
  • > 1y experience
  • Experience managing and supporting medium/big infrastructures, i.e., >500 users and >150 servers
  • Excellent organizational, communications, and time management skills
  • Strong customer service and team orientation
  • Proactive problem solving attitude
  • Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong motivation to stretch skills and tackle technical challenges
  • Ability to create comprehensive and accurate documentation
