About the Role: 

We are seeking a motivated software developer to support the ongoing development, modernization, and sustainment of mission-critical applications supporting the Intelligence Community. This role offer the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced engineering team. The ideal candidate is a mid-to senior-level candidate who has strong experience with Java and C++ development, enjoys solving complex technical challenges and is comfortable working across both modernized and legacy environments.

Position Requirements

2–10 years of experience to help design, maintain, and support a mission-critical application. The ideal candidate brings drive, adaptability, and collaboration to a team delivering innovative software solutions for the Intelligence Community.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong software development experience in Java and C++ required, with additional experience in Python preferred
  • Experience building, deploying, and maintaining production software systems
  • Proficient with Linux/Unix (Rocky, RHEL, or similar)
  • Knowledge of version control using Git
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Active TS clearance required, TS/SCI Preferred
