We’re a fast-growing technology team within a leading mortgage and financial services organization. Our mission is to build modern, cloud-native applications and automation tools that streamline business processes and deliver exceptional customer experience. We’re passionate about innovation, teamwork, and giving new developers the chance to grow their careers in a supportive, hands‑on environment.

Position Summary
We’re seeking a Junior Developer who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow into full‑stack developer. You’ll work closely with senior developers, data engineers, and product managers to build, test, and deploy software solutions that power key business systems.This is a learning‑focused role — perfect for recent university graduates with a solid programming foundation and a desire to gain real‑world experience in modern software development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain new features in internal applications and APIs
  • Collaborate with team members through code reviews and daily standups
  • Participate in design discussions and assist with technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues
  • Work with cloud services (e.g., AWS Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway)
  • Follow secure coding, version control, and testing best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Familiarity with databases and basic SQL queries
