  • We are looking for a Senior software engineer to join our Small Commercial Service team in Service Experience portfolio within USRM Technology organization. If selected, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills to build tools and solutions used to enable Customer and Agent Service Support for our Small Commercial business USRM. The Small Commercial Digitization activity is growing rapidly, and this role offers an exciting opportunity to help shape that journey.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles, with proficiency in languages like Python or Java.
  • Proficiency in software engineering languages and tools, including Java, React, Node.js, Spring Boot, AWS and RESTful services, RDS.
  • A self-starter mindset with strong self-learning capabilities and the ability to move fast and adapt in an ever-evolving AI environment.
  • Highly independent and proactive, with a strong ability to learn, execute, manage priorities and create initiatives.
  • Creativity and initiative able to pitch and prototype ideas with minimal oversight.

Experience

  • Five or more years of software engineering experience
  • Strong background in business operations and strategies, including global technology and financial services trends
  • Hands-on involvement with layered systems architectures, designs and shared software concepts
  • Familiarity with functional and system integration testing
  • Experience working in an agile environment
