What Does a Junior Scrum Master Do?

Junior scrum masters are part of a company's scrum teams. The designation of "junior" may refer to the fact that there are more senior scrum masters on the team. But your responsibilities are very similar to other scrum masters. Your primary job duties may include coaching scrum teams in all areas (including sprint reviews and planning), milestone tracking, holding daily stand-up meetings, and collaborating with engineering, product management, and quality control departments to ensure the project is completed according to specifications. As a junior scrum master, you may also remove roadblocks and use team guiding to steer your staff towards goals.

What is the 3 5 3 rule in scrum?

The 3-5-3 rule in Scrum refers to a guideline for daily stand-up meetings, suggesting they should last no more than 15 minutes, with each team member speaking for about 3 minutes, and the entire meeting wrapping up within 3 rounds of updates.
