If you know your way around a smoker, understand fire management, and take pride in producing consistent, high-quality BBQ - we want to talk to you.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain smokers daily
  • Monitor meat temps, fire control, and cook times
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and proper presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Assist with prep and inventory as needed
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Experience with wood-fired smokers (required)
  • Strong knowledge of BBQ meats and techniques
  • Early morning availability
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Team player with strong work ethic
