Job description

Part Time Overnight/Swing Shift Medical Admin Location: Albuquerque, NM | Pay Rate: $20/hr | Temp to Hire
LHH is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Healthcare admin to join a well-established medical team in Albuquerque. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their skills in a dynamic healthcare environment while supporting physicians and clients through excellent communication and operational support.
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the key communication link between physicians and multiple sites, managing incoming calls efficiently.
  • Oversee paperwork flow and maintain essential office equipment such as fax machines and computers.
  • Provide basic technical assistance with radiology systems including RIS, PACS, and PowerScribe.
  • Support radiologists by retrieving prior imaging and facilitating smooth workflow.
  • Handle routine office duties like stocking the fridge and folding laundry.
  • Assist in building security by monitoring alarms during after-hours shifts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to keep operations running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or physician group setting; familiarity with multi-line phone systems is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience with radiology software (RIS, PACS, EPIC) is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret documents accurately.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and vendors effectively.
Education:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
Schedule:
Thursday 3pm - 11pm Friday/Sat 11pm - 7am
