What is a junior representative?

Junior Representatives are entry-level professionals who assist senior staff by handling basic tasks, supporting customer inquiries, and learning the core functions of their department. To thrive as a Junior Representative, you need strong communication skills, basic sales or customer service knowledge, and typically a high school diploma or equivalent.
