What is a junior representative?

Junior Representatives are entry-level professionals who assist senior staff by handling basic tasks, supporting customer inquiries, and learning the core functions of their department. They often work under supervision and are responsible for helping with administrative duties, gathering information, and ensuring smooth communication within their team. This role is designed to provide foundational experience and prepare individuals for more advanced positions in the company.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a junior representative?

To thrive as a Junior Representative, you need strong communication skills, basic sales or customer service knowledge, and typically a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with CRM software, office productivity tools, and sometimes phone or email ticketing systems is helpful. These skills are crucial for effectively supporting senior representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to team goals.
