Required Skills:


Must have 1+ years of experience in an IT project coordination or project management role


Must have strong organizational skills and be able to keep things from falling through the cracks


Must have clear written and verbal communication and be able to summarize a complex situation simply


Must be comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Planner)


Must have a strong willingness to learn, ask good questions, and follow through on tasks


Any exposure to IT concepts (networking, cloud, endpoints, identity, application development, cybersecurity, governance, risk management) is a plus


Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing/project tools is a plus


Any project management certification or coursework (PMP, CAPM, PMI-DASM, Agile, ITIL) is a plus


Any experience supporting vendors or external partners on technology engagements is a plus


Must have the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing track of details


Must be able to interact effectively with business stakeholders, technical team members, and 3rd party vendors


Experience planning, tracking, and coordinating IT infrastructure and security projects from initiation through closure is ideal


Experience maintaining project plans, timelines, task lists, and status updates using project tracking tools is ideal


Experience scheduling and facilitating project meetings, taking notes, tracking action items, and following up on deliverables is ideal


Must be able to communicate project status clearly to IT leadership and stakeholders - flagging risks and blockers early
