Raison d’être de l’emploi :
Sous la responsabilité du directeur entretien, le/la gestionnaire d’entretien s'assure de maintenir l'efficacité des équipements et installations, tout en assurant les meilleurs standards de qualité et la santé et la sécurité dans le milieu de travail.

Responsabilités du poste
Responsabilités principales :
- Gérer des équipes de travail en milieu syndiqué, en planifiant, organisant, dirigeant et contrôlant les activités d’entretien;
- Intervenir rapidement en cas de panne ou de défaillance d’équipement pour limiter les interruptions de production;
- Assurer la gestion des pièces de rechange et des fournitures nécessaire à l’entretien des équipements;
- Identifier des pistes d’amélioration pour les processus de maintenance et mettre en place des actions correctives pour améliorer la performance des équipements;

Exigences du poste

- Expertise technique en maintenance industrielle
- Au minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de personnel de maintenance syndiqué;
