Title: Software Developer (Full-time & On-site)


Required Skills and Experience

* 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).

* Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.

* Responsible for the development of software applications.

* This role focuses on creating scalable, efficient, and well-documented applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).

* Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).

* Proven experience in creating scalable, maintainable web applications with a strong emphasis on documentation and repository management.

* Strong knowledge of Git ,GitHub, and Azure DevOps for version control and repository maintenance.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with the IT Manager and Project Manager.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions within set timeframes.


Primary Responsibilities

* Develop and improve applications using the MERN stack.

* Work closely with the IT Project Manager on current and upcoming projects, ensuring that applications are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

* Maintain comprehensive documentation for all applications, ensuring clarity for future development and updates.

* Manage and update GitHub repositories for each project, ensuring all versions, releases, and improvements are tracked.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with existing infrastructure, including network and security considerations.

* Ensure all applications meet the security and compliance standards required by client/department are optimized for performance.

* Conduct code reviews and quality assurance testing to ensure robustness and scalability.

* Stay updated with emerging technologies in web development to continuously improve and innovate application development.


Preferred Skills and Experience

* Experience with Python scripting and automation.

* Experience with .NET development using C#.

* Experience with SharePoint development and customization

* Experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures and data streaming.

* Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message queue technologies.

* Experience working within government or regulated environments is preferred.

* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborative development environments.
