JUNIOR ASSOCIATE, KYLIE JENNER FRAGRANCE

GLOBAL MARKETING - NEW YORK CITY

We are looking for a passionate and driven Junior Associate to join the Kylie Jenner Fragrance Global Marketing team. As a Global Marketing Junior Associate, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the creation and execution of new products from concept to launch across fragrance. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Packaging, R&D, Regulatory, and Creative to help bring innovative beauty products to life globally.

You will report primarily to the Global Senior Marketing Manager - Kylie Jenner Fragrance.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Your main focus:

 

  • Support the product marketing team, assisting in development of new product concepts, supporting formulation, packaging, and design directions
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, ingredients, textures, and innovation opportunities
  • Prepare and update product development documents such as briefs, launch timelines, and trackers
  • Support sample management and organization
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and track key action items for product launches
  • Assist with submitting and tracking purchase orders to vendors.

 QUALIFICATIONS

We'd love to see candidates who have:

 

Essential:

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Product Development, Cosmetic Science, Business, or a related field
  • Undergraduate degree required, MBA a plus

 

Desirable:

 

  • Strong passion for the beauty industry and product innovation
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills
