Perform vital administrative duties that support the client experience, including professional telephone coverage, coordinating complex client meetings, and calendar maintenance.

Prepare physical and digital materials for client meetings, ensuring all financial reports, estate planning summaries, and marketing materials are pristine and ready for presentation.

Maintain perfectly accurate, up-to-date client records within the CRM, ensuring all KYC (Know Your Customer) due diligence and regulatory documents are filed correctly and securely.

You will receive robust training on elite industry tech stacks and elite service expectations. You will join a highly supportive environment fundamentally focused on teamwork, sincere candor, and shared organizational success.
