Job description

Network Field Technician (Monday - Friday , 4 Days In Office 1 Day Remote, 8AM - 5PM)
Phoenix,AZ
Duration: 1 Year.
The Network Field Technician provides onsite support across the Enterprise network environment by installing, racking, stacking, and patching network hardware, ensuring that new or replacement equipment is deployed to specification. Fix ups, repair routers and switches
They verify hardware functionality, label infrastructure accurately, and work hands on with Cisco switches, routers, and related equipment during field deployments.
Field Technicians also collaborate closely with engineering teams and project staff to validate installations and support network cutovers.
Some work may require after hours or weekend scheduling to support production safe implementation windows.
Preferred Qualities:
  • Active CCNA or above required
  • Junior level network engineer okay. Hands On Networking
  • Hungry to be involved in large enterprise networking environment.
  • Interest in AI, automation and or scripting a plus
  • Have Clean Driving Record (Will be driving during business hours)
  • Must pass CJIS Background.
  • Good customer service skills. Will be Customer Facing.
