  • Lead system testing and validation efforts, including test strategy, coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation in non-production environments prior to release.
  • Partner with corporate IT and vendors to plan and execute system updates, patches, and enhancements; ensure proper change control, documentation, and system stability.
  • Develop and drive user enablement strategies, including role-based training, documentation (SOPs, quick reference guides, one-point lessons), and continuous feedback loops to improve adoption.
  • Lead change management initiatives for system implementations, upgrades, and process changes; provide hands-on support during go-lives and critical production periods.
  • Establish and maintain standardized documentation practices, serving as a key knowledge resource and bridge between plant operations, IT, and external vendors.
  • Leverage system data, reporting, and user feedback to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities; drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen), using ERP and production data to influence decision-making and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Mentor junior analysts or team members as applicable, promoting best practices in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution delivery.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
