Job description

Client Growth Manager - South Florida Yacht Market

Build the Market. Own the Relationships. Create the Opportunity.

Triton is looking for a Client Growth Manager to become our field lead in the South Florida yacht market - the largest and most important superyacht hub in the world.

This is not a desk-based sales role. This is a market-building role for someone who knows how to create momentum, build trust, open doors, and turn relationships into real business.

You'll be in the field, where the industry actually moves: marinas, shipyards, refit yards, captain conversations, engineer introductions, management company offices, industry events, and the informal networks where opportunity is created before it ever shows up in a CRM.

Triton is one of the premier AV, IT, networking, lighting, control, and SATCOM integrators in the superyacht space. Our work lives onboard some of the world's most demanding vessels, where expectations are high, timelines are tight, and the systems we design and support directly shape the owner, guest, and crew experience.

We're looking for someone entrepreneurial, resilient, and commercially sharp - someone who doesn't wait for leads, but creates them. Someone who can walk into the market, build credibility, find the right conversations, and help turn Triton's reputation into new growth.

What You'll Do

Build and strengthen relationships with captains, engineers, yacht managers, owners' reps, shipyards, brokers, project managers, and key influencers across South Florida.

Establish Triton's visible field presence in the market through consistent, intentional activity across marinas, yards, events, and industry networks.

Identify refit, upgrade, service, support, and project opportunities before they become obvious to the broader market.

Turn conversations into qualified pipeline, active opportunities, closed business, and long-term client relationships.

Re-engage dormant accounts, rebuild trust where needed, and create small wins that lead to larger opportunities.

Partner closely with Triton's Sales Engineers and technical teams to advance opportunities with credibility and precision.

Gather real-time market intelligence around vessel movements, upcoming refits, client needs, decision-makers, competitors, risks, and timing.

Own the follow-through - from first conversation to next step, from introduction to opportunity, from opportunity to revenue.

What We're Looking For

Experience in sales, business development, account management, client relationship management, or field-based commercial growth.

A self-starter who can create opportunity without needing a rigid playbook.

Strong relationship-building instincts and the confidence to operate in high-value, high-expectation environments.

The ability to earn trust with captains, engineers, yacht managers, and owners' teams.

Strong communication, follow-through, organization, and commercial discipline.

Comfort operating in both polished professional settings and informal yacht industry environments.

Resilience, urgency, and the ability to keep moving even when doors do not open immediately.

Foundational technical awareness is helpful, but you do not need to be an engineer. You do need curiosity, credibility, and the ability to connect client needs with Triton's capabilities.

Success in This Role Looks Like

Triton becomes more visible, more present, and more connected across the South Florida yacht market.

You build a growing network of trusted relationships with the people who influence decisions onboard and around major yachts.

You consistently surface qualified opportunities tied to service, refit, upgrade, support, and new project work.

Dormant relationships become active again.

Market intelligence improves.

Pipeline grows.

Revenue follows.

What's In It for You

Competitive base compensation plus performance-based incentives.

A high-autonomy role where your effort, creativity, and relationship-building directly shape your success.

The opportunity to own and grow one of the most important yacht markets in the world.

A chance to build a long-term commercial presence in a high-value, relationship-driven industry.

Exposure to some of the most advanced private vessels in the world and the technology that keeps them operating at the highest level.

A strong platform behind you: engineering depth, technical credibility, 24/7 support, and a respected name in the superyacht AV/IT integration space.

4 weeks PTO plus 8 paid holidays.

Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Mobile phone and internet reimbursement.

Why Triton

Triton sits at the intersection of advanced technology and the global superyacht industry.

We design, integrate, commission, and support the systems that owners, guests, captains, engineers, and crew rely on every day - entertainment, AV, IT, networking, lighting, automation, control, connectivity, and support.

This is a role for someone who wants more than a sales territory. It is for someone who wants to build a market presence, become known in the industry, create real commercial impact, and grow with a company that already has the technical credibility to win.

For the right person, this is a chance to take ownership of a premier market, build meaningful relationships, and help drive Triton's next stage of growth in the superyacht space.
