Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, setup and programming of networks, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. This role requires a blend of outstanding problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to end-users in person, over the phone, and via remote access.- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and printer issues.- Monitor system performance and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.- Assist in the setup and maintenance of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.- Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and system upgrades.- Ensure data security and backup protocols are followed.- Participate in the deployment of new technology and updates to existing systems.- Provide training and support to users on new hardware and software applications.- Stay current on the latest technology trends and best practices in IT.
