Job description

  • Assist in the upkeep of all broadcast and IT equipment within the facility.
  • Manage multiple servers, routers, hubs, switches, and PCs.
  • Backup, Update and reboot all servers, computers and systems.
  • Install, maintain, and support broadcast and IT infrastructure.
  • Review and update system design documents and drawings.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on broadcast and IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime of Broadcast and IT systems.
  • Develop audio/video and IT solutions to meet user needs.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement and debug systems.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Skills:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience. Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or SBE are advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to acquire new skills.
  • Proficiency in IT networking, firewalls, RF, fiber optics, and encoding/decoding.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and VPNs preferred.
  • Familiarity with Adobe editing systems is a plus.
  • Competence in broadcast audio, video, control systems, and IT systems.
  • Knowledge of master control and operations.
