  • Own end-to-end AWS forecasting for the segment, partnering with engineering leadership, business management, and internal finance to build centralized processes.

  • Collaborate with the broader Technology FP&A team on forecasting for technology software, data center expenses (Mainframe, Private Cloud, and Software), and other key areas

  • Review and present consolidated monthly reporting packages, forecast packages, and annual operating/strategic plan presentations

  • Own Technology component of corporate investment processes, including regular reporting on technology segment investments and driving advancement of initiative-level tracking

  • Partner with senior business leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives, quantify financial impacts, and support data-driven decision making.

  • Lead team through monthly close activities, working closely with Accounting, CP&A, and other teams to ensure accurate expense recognition, deferrals, and capital treatment in line with BR policy

  • Serve as a thought leader within the broader Technology Finance group, stepping up during high-demand periods and working cross-functionally

  • Own and present deferred labor reporting dashboards, providing actionable insights into deferred labor trends.

  • Partner with CP&A and segment HQ finance teams to deliver insights on both expenses and capital spend.

  • Develop and maintain investment templates for IUS/Capital programs, with support from the broader team as needed.

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts focused on process optimization, automation, reporting enhancements, and financial systems utilization.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to analysts and junior finance professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance or related experience.

  • Demonstrated leadership of complex financial planning processes.

  • Expert-level Excel skills and proficiency with financial planning tools and reporting systems (TM1, Anaplan, or similar).

  • Experience with Power BI, or other data visualization tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale planning processes and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership teams.

  • Proven track record of driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and strategic perspective.
