The Finance and Insurance Manager is responsible for producing additional income for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs to new and used vehicle customers.

Salary: $190,000 -275,000.00 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise.
  • Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.
  • Work with Sales Managers to ensure a reasonable profit from every sale.
  • Handle all rate quotations. Establish and meet monthly objectives.
  • Instruct salespeople in the methods of selling finance.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced Automotive Business/F&I Manager, or 2+ years in a successful automotive sales position
  • Strong attention to detail and 100% compliance with legal and regulatory rules
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Desire to achieve and succeed Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Willingness to work with a team Proven track record in a previous Sales and/or Sales or F&I Management role
  • Will work at desk in an office setting. Computer knowledge is necessary. May be required to leave the dealership occasionally to contact finance sources.
