Lead SPM Developer – Charlotte, NC

  • ServiceNow modules: CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM
  • Architect, Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules including CMDB, SPM, SAM, APM/EA, Discovery, and Service Mapping
  • Customize and enhance platform capabilities using best practices (e.g., scripting, automation, APIs)
  • Build and manage integrations with external systems (e.g., Ariba, cloud services, messaging platforms)
  • Implement and maintain CMDB health through normalization, reconciliation, and data certification
  • Map and enforce CSDM standards across all modules and business services
  • Support the creation and execution of test cases for UAT, SIT, and production validation
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and client SMEs to capture requirements and propose solutions
