The Junior Developer is an entry-level role focused on supporting the design,
development, and maintenance of software applications. This position involves
foundational knowledge of programming languages and software development
methodologies. 
Major Duties and Responsibilities
 
Assist in developing and maintaining software applications.
Write, test, and debug code to ensure functionality and reliability.
Collaborate with senior developers to implement solutions.
Support the integration of applications with enterprise systems.
Document development processes and configurations.
Conduct basic performance testing and optimization.
Stay updated on emerging programming tools and technologies.
Provide user support and training for software applications.
Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and standards.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in software development.
Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
