Job Title: Paralegals and Legal Assistants

Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Paralegals and Legal Assistants to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the clientโ€™s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinate electronic discovery and litigation support activities, including data collection, processing, review, quality control, and document production.
  2. Consult with legal and project teams to develop technical strategies, workflows, requirements, and project plans for complex matters.
  3. Manage discovery platforms, searches, reporting, review workflows, data processing, and production activities while ensuring quality and consistency.
  4. Coordinate team activities, provide status reporting and training, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance to junior case management staff.
     

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

7+ years of experience in case management, project coordination, business operations, litigation support, or a related professional field.

Technical Skills

Case Management Tools, Data Analysis, Reporting, Documentation, Workflow Management, Quality Control, Database Concepts, Microsoft Office

Business / Domain Skills
