They assist senior capture managers in identifying opportunities, researching requirements, developing strategies, and coordinating proposal responses. Their role is crucial in helping organizations win new business by ensuring all aspects of the capture process are addressed efficiently. Junior Capture Managers often collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn the intricacies of client engagement and competitive analysis. Over time, they gain the experience needed to manage capture projects independently.
