Job description

Role: Jr. Data Analyst

Location: Jackson, MI (Hybrid)

Duration: Long term
Rate: Market

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain SharePoint Online lists and libraries
Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI
Assist with data entry tasks and support ongoing automation initiatives using Power Automate
Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven insights
Contribute to the creation of visual management tools and performance tracking systems

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

2 5 years of experience using Microsoft Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint)
Experience creating medium to complex visuals in Power BI
Experience developing automation workflows using Power Automate
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL, Tableau, or VBA (preferred)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Accounting, IT, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
