Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of software development experience eager to expand their technical expertise across both front-end and back-end development.

The ideal candidate is passionate about learning, enjoys solving technical challenges, and thrives in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment. This position offers an opportunity to work with modern web technologies while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise applications and data-driven solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Build responsive, user-friendly UI components using HTML5, CSS3, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Optimize applications for usability and performance.
  • Assist in building and maintaining server-side applications, REST APIs, and backend services using C#/.NET.
  • Work with PostgreSQL databases for data storage and query optimization; support the integration of dashboards and data visualization tools.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in testing, debugging, and code reviews.
  • Utilize Git for version control and Jira for task tracking. Active participation in Agile/Scrum team ceremonies.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent internship/project experience).
  • 1–2 years of academic, internship, or professional experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong foundational understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
  • Academic exposure to or familiarity with C# / .NET and PostgreSQL (or relational databases).
  • Familiarity with Git version control and basic Agile concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn from senior developers.
  • US Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
  • If applicable: If you are or have been recently employed by the U.S. government, a post-employment ethics letter will be required if employment is offered


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Vite, Vue.js, or additional front-end frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Agile project management tools.
