Role:                    Power BI Developer

Duration:            6 Months with possible extensions

Location:             Hybrid โ€“ 50% from client location in Ranch Cardova, CA  and 50% Remote

Description:

Seeking a Power BI developer to support our customerโ€™s facility business users in Rancho Cardova, CA, which currently runs reporting off Access + Power BI. In addition, this role will also build Power BI reports to support our customerโ€™s Microsoft Fabric implementation.  This is a hybrid contract role requiring ship due to the government/defense-adjacent nature of the site.

Responsibilities:

โ€ข     Build, maintain, and extend Power BI reports and datasets supporting on-site business users in the Sacramento facility.

โ€ข     Build Power BI reports to support the Fabric implementation project team.

โ€ข     Work within an existing Access + Power BI environment; help modernize and stabilize reporting.

โ€ข     Support manually calculated revenue tracking and manufacturing-floor production tracking.

โ€ข     Collaborate on-site during planning and scheduling periods to align with facility operations.

Required Qualifications:

โ€ข     Strong hands-on Power BI development experience (report and dataset build, DAX, data modeling).

โ€ข     Experience with Microsoft Access, ideally paired with Power BI.

โ€ข     Experience in government or defense manufacturing environments.

โ€ข     Experience manually calculating revenue and/or tracking manufacturing production through the shop floor.

โ€ข     Microsoft Fabric experience is a nice to have.

โ€ข     Should have Aerospace and Defense industry manufacturing experience.
