Job description

SharePoint and Power Platform Specialist will design, develop, and maintain modern workplace solutions, leveraging SharePoint Online, Microsoft PowerApps, and Azure services. This role bridges the gap between end-user business requirements and robust cloud architecture, automating workflows, managing site structures, and integrating Microsoft 365 with Azure cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities SharePoint Administration & Development
  • Architecture & Design: Design and build scalable SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, and metadata structures.
  • Site Management: Manage user permissions, security groups, and access controls for enterprise compliance.
  • Customization: Develop modern, user-centric SharePoint solutions utilizing client-side technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SPFx).
PowerApps & Power Automate (Power Platform)
  • App Development: Build, deploy, and troubleshoot canvas and model-driven PowerApps tailored to business needs.
  • Workflow Automation: Create and manage complex Power Automate (Flow) workflows to automate manual processes and business operations.
  • Data Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint lists, and external data sources.
Azure Integration
  • Cloud Solutions: Design and deploy Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL) that support long-running operations or complex triggers for Power Platform solutions.
  • Identity Management: Work with Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) for secure user authentication, role-based access control, and hybrid environment management.
  • Deployment: Utilize CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps) for version control and application lifecycle management (ALM) of enterprise solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and Power Automate administration and development.
  • Azure Knowledge: Familiarity with Azure cloud services, specifically in integrating cloud compute/data services with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
  • Coding Languages: Working knowledge of front-end web technologies and scripting (e.g., JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, HTML, C#, or PowerShell).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and solve problems creatively.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Holding or actively pursuing Microsoft credentials, such as:
    • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Governance & Security: Familiarity with Power Platform governance, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and enterprise security compliance.
