Juniors often focus on smaller, well-defined tasks or portions of a larger project, while intermediates may handle more complex assignments, participate in code reviews, and collaborate on architectural decisions. Both roles usually involve regular communication with other developers, QA testers, and sometimes stakeholders, helping to ensure the software meets user needs and quality standards. This collaborative, learning-focused environment helps build technical skills and prepares developers for advanced responsibilities over time.
