Job Summary:
Provides high-level support on designated priority functions for the executive leadership team and the board at Roppe Holding Company. This role is vital to the efficient operation of the executive leadership team, requiring exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Executive Assistant will manage employee events, complex calendars, coordinate travel, handle confidential information, and serve as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders. This individual must be able to fill in for other Executive Assistants as well as anticipate needs, work independently, and operate with a high degree of discretion and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company events (e.g., employee appreciation events, milestone celebrations, Employee Meetings, and engagement activities)
- Schedule appointments, balance checkbooks, and travel arrangements for Don and Judy Miller,
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, ensuring alignment of priorities and smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate detailed travel arrangements (business and personal), including itineraries, accommodations, and supporting materials
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings, board meetings, and events
- Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders
