Areas of service include land development, surveying, surface transportation, water resources, and structural engineering as well as construction services in each of our major disciplines. Our in-house staff of talented engineers, surveyors, and support personnel enables us to respond quickly to demanding assignments, project schedules, and changing project scopes. With an annual Net Revenue of $18.5 million in 2025, JR Engineering currently has 100 employees with plans to grow to 120 employees over the next 3-5 years. Job Summary: The Marketing & Proposal Coordinator is responsible for managing the full proposal lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and strategically aligned submissions. This role supports business development and client managers by coordinating proposal content, maintaining branding standards, and assisting in broader marketing initiatives.
