Job Purpose & Responsibilities:



  • Perform conformity assessments of Elo hardware and software products against applicable EU cybersecurity regulations (CRA, RED-DA), including mapping product features and processes to essential requirements and preparing supporting technical documentation

  • Support cybersecurity best practices during New Product Introduction (NPI) and production, working cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, and software engineering teams

  • Help build and maintain Software Bills of Materials (SBOMs) and support basic vulnerability identification and tracking processes

  • Support Elo's broader security and regulatory efforts as they evolve (NIS2, CER, EU AI Act, etc.)

  • Translate complex technical and regulatory requirements for engineering and business stakeholders

  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned by manager


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, EE, or related technical field


Preferred Qualifications:



  • CompTIA Security+ certification or similar

  • ISO 27001 or IEC 62443 audit experience

  • Familiarity with one or more of: IEC 62443, ETSI EN 303 645, ISO/SAE 21434, or EN 18031/RED cybersecurity requirements


Specific Professional Skills/Competencies:



  • Understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts in HW and SW

  • Ability to independently interpret security regulations/frameworks

  • Clear technical writing and documentation


Physical Demands



  • Ability to physically setup, operate, interact with Elo hardware and software for testing and evaluation

  • Ability to lift up to OSHA single person lift requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of time

  • Ability to travel domestically

  • Must be able to work a standard full-time schedule

  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule
