Job description

The role of the JR West Maintenance Technician is to support production through (1) fixing cells that are down, (2) completing PM's on all machines on the appropriate schedules, and (3) improving cells to allow for better production efficiencies.

Duties:

  • Troubleshoot and repair all mechanical issues with production equipment
  • Perform all Preventive Maintenance on cells as scheduled
  • Help develop and implement countermeasures for reported quality issues
  • Develop and implement improvements that increase cell safety
  • Participate in the response of customer trouble reports for all external quality issues
  • Assist the Production Engineering Section with implementation of quality/efficiency improvements
  • Assist other JRM Maintenance personnel as needed
