Job description

Tri-City Group is currently seeking a Jobsite Safety for immediate openings in Port Washington, WI. This role is dedicated to advancing and reinforcing health and safety initiatives, fostering a robust safety culture throughout the organization, ensuring the identification and mitigation of potential hazards.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the development, implementation, and improvement of project safety programs
  • Promote a positive safety culture among all jobsite personnel
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate workplace hazards
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
  • Conduct daily safety guidance, training sessions, and toolbox talks
  • Perform jobsite inspections and recommend corrective actions
  • Investigate incidents and document findings to prevent recurrence
  • Monitor contractor compliance with safety policies and procedures
  • Assist in risk assessments and loss prevention planning
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting


Qualifications:

  • Approximately 7 years of construction safety experience
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification
  • OSHA 30
  • One or more of the following safety certifications:
    • Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
    • Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST)
    • Associate Safety Professional (ASP)


Candidates must possess strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to identify hazards, enforce safety standards, and solve problems in a fast-paced construction environment. They must be self-motivated, organized, able to communicate effectively with field personnel, and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
