Superintendent - Data centers Superintendent - Mission Critical
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent - Mission Critical to oversee the construction and management of critical projects including data centers, semiconductor facilities, and industrial cold storage units. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction activities are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise all aspects of mission critical construction projects, including data centers and semiconductor facilities.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide updates on project milestones.
  • Ensure all subcontractors and workers adhere to project timelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications
