What are some common challenges recruiters face when sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill positions?

Recruiters often encounter difficulties finding qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles due to skill shortages, niche requirements, or high competition in the market. These roles may require specialized experience or certifications that limit the candidate pool.
