Field Service Tech - Digital Imaging Solutions - Syracuse and Rochester New York Territory
Zing Recruiting has partnered with a global company within the office technologies solutions space fill a Field Service Technician role with a candidate who is proven to have excellent mechanical aptitude and abilities.
If you have a great sense of accomplishment by helping fix things and have experience working on printers, scanners or other electronic or similar items, this role may be for you.
Training / introductory period will be 120 days learning about Printing and Digital Imaging / New Hire Class.
Qualifications Include:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years experience in a Technician or Field Service Technician role
  • Basic understand of internet environments
  • Must have valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to obtain and pass security clearances required by particular clients
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities include:
  • Meet customer demands by providing efficient and accurate Field/Shop/on-site maintenance.
  • Properly documentation of all servicing
  • Reporting of all product failure trends and serviceability issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication.
