  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to discuss treatment progress and make informed adjustments to care plans.
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as professional standards to ensure quality care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on an adult population, including a significant number of elderly residents who may be dealing with conditions such as stroke recovery, arthritis, or other age-related impairments. You will tailor your approach to each resident, addressing their individual challenges and working closely with their families to ensure the best possible outcomes. Your compassion and commitment to improving the lives of our patients will be essential as you guide them toward achieving their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California.
  • A Bachelorโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

  • A commitment to fostering a positive and supportive environment that promotes independence among residents.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working in an outpatient or skilled nursing facility is highly desirable.
  • Experience with elderly populations and knowledge of geriatric care best practices will be considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems to manage patient documentation effectively.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package includes a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance to promote wellness.
