• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to inform individualized therapy strategies.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to effectively address diverse needs.
• Engage in therapeutic techniques tailored for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans that enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in all clinical work.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia is essential.
• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, particularly in a clinical environment, is required.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines related to clinical practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with diverse client demographics.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technologies is preferred.

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Involvement in community outreach or advocacy work in mental health can be an asset.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, depending on your availability and experience.
