Position Overview

Health Link Now Psychological Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote position. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, family units, and groups, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation of client progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engaging in peer review discussions to enhance the quality and effectiveness of client care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, staying current with emerging mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Health Link Now Psychological Center, your primary focus will be on individuals and families who often have limited access to mental health resources. You will address a broad array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. By fostering a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship, you will empower clients to overcome their challenges and facilitate their path toward recovery and personal empowerment.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical practices within the counseling profession.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect and build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and contribute to a multi-faceted approach to client wellbeing.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in family therapy, couple’s therapy, trauma-informed care, or other relevant fields is highly desirable.
• Experience in working with underserved populations or in community mental health settings is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Health Link Now Psychological Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
