Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst based in Indianapolis, IN. The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for contributing to the North Americas Finance team, partnering with operations and supply chain team to provide meaningful performance insight, ongoing analysis of product cost, development of new product cost, inventory control and margin analysis to support decision making processes.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary$90,000 - $115,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Plus an annual bonus. Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

What you will do
  • Provide detailed recurring analysis of Cost of Goods Sold, inventory and gross margin and meaningful variance explanations
  • Establish standardized reporting for Cost of Goods Sold and Plant Performance Measurements
  • Partner with operations team to develop realistic financial plans aligned to operational goals
  • Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the cost accounting and inventory function for the organization and interact directly with operations and procurement team
  • Manage head count and associated costs for the operations unit and confirm that changes add to performance goals
What we require
  • BS in Finance, Accounting, or similar analytical discipline
  • 3+ years of cost accounting, cost analyst work experience in a standard cost manufacturing environment
  • Previous similar position with SAP experience

  • Familiarity within Business Intelligence (BI) reporting
  • Hands-on experience in regular transactions of OneStream and SAP (and/or similar ERP system)
