Job Title: Corporate Recruiter

Location: Sparks, NV

Duration: 3-months with possible extension or conversion

Pay Range: $40 - $44 per hour in W2


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support hiring needs within a growing Energy Division. The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing recruiting experience and experience recruiting supervisory/management-level positions in IT, Engineering, Production, and Quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs.
  • Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Recruit for technical, operational, and corporate positions.
  • Develop talent pipelines and innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Coordinate interviews and support candidate selection.
  • Assist with job descriptions and recruiting events.
  • Track recruiting metrics and support EEO/diversity initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws.
  • Provide an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
  • Manufacturing recruiting experience required.
  • Must have recruiting experience for IT, Engineering, Production, and Quality, including supervisory/management-level roles.
  • High-volume technical/operational recruiting experience.
  • Strong sourcing, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
