Responsibilities
  • Entry Level - no prior coaching experience necessary. Training provided.
  • Follow weekly lesson plans that outline games and activities.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines outlined for Lil' Kickers programming.
  • Set up, clean up, and maintain the field.
  • Assist with grassroots marketing efforts and community events.
  • Complete, and attend, all Lil' Kickers training as scheduled.
  • Work consistent shifts throughout each session.
  • Make customer care calls each session.
  • Be available to work weekend mornings.
  • Achieve a high rate of customer retention from season to season.
  • Come to work each day with a positive attitude and ready to have fun!
