This can include on-site training, helping to break down complex tasks, providing constructive feedback, and facilitating communication between the employee and employer. Job Coaches often collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to ensure an inclusive work environment and may gradually reduce their support as the client gains confidence and independence. This approach helps clients build essential work skills while fostering self-advocacy and long-term employment success.
