Business Analyst needs 1-2 years of working with IT and Business teams

Business Analyst requires

Locations: Charlotte, NC; Iselin, NJ

  • 1-2 years of working in JIRA or JIRA Align

Skills

  • Working knowledge of JIRA Align.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to be innovative, creative, and think "outside the box"
  • Ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

Business Analyst duties:

· Works with Business and IT team to document requirements via EPICS and capabilities into JIRA Align..

· Work with all stakeholders to make tradeoff decisions regarding competing priorities

· Collaborate with the product owners to continuously develop and communicate the vision for the scrum teams that are key to efficient and effective development.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with the Business, Development teams across trains, UX Design, and Digital product management

· Track requirements from inception to delivery and report status on periodic (weekly, monthly etc) reports to leadership
