Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional luxury sales experience, from first contact through post-sale follow-up
  • Specialize in bridal sales, including engagement rings, wedding bands, custom bridal designs, and diamond education
  • Guide clients through diamond selection using the 4Cs, certification (GIA/AGS), and setting styles
  • Build and maintain a strong personal client book through CRM usage, follow-ups, and referrals
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
  • Conduct professional product presentations with confidence and storytelling
  • Handle high-value transactions with discretion, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with management, jewelers, and designers on custom and special orders
  • Maintain visual standards, merchandising integrity, and showroom excellence
  • Stay current on industry trends, new collections, and product knowledge
  • Support after-sales service including resizing, repairs, appraisals, and special requests

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in fine jewelry or luxury retail sales (bridal experience required)
  • Strong knowledge of diamonds, bridal jewelry, precious metals, and gemstones
  • Proven success in high-ticket sales and relationship-based selling
  • Experience with custom bridal pieces and special orders preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
